Terms of Use

1. Using Winky

By using winky.ge you agree to these terms. You can browse and vote in competitions after signing in with Facebook, Google or a site account. The Social Playground is for people aged 13 and over; members aged 13-17 use a separate, protected group.

2. Your account

• Use one account and real information. Do not pretend to be someone else.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account; keep your login private.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Competitions and voting

• Each signed-in member gets 3 stars per day to vote with. Stars cannot be bought, sold or transferred.
• To enter a competition you must complete your profile (first name, last name, phone). Every entry is reviewed before it appears.
• A round is won by the approved entry with the most stars when the round ends. Prizes are provided by the listed sponsors; we may ask the winner to confirm their identity before handing over a prize.
• Vote manipulation (multiple accounts, bots, buying votes) leads to disqualification and removal of the votes.

4. Your content

• Only upload photos and videos you made yourself or have the right to use. Anyone else visible in them must agree to be shown.
• No nudity or sexual content, no violence or hate, no bullying or harassment, no personal data of others (addresses, phone numbers), no spam or advertising.
• You keep the rights to your content. You allow Winky to show it on the site and in its announcements of the competition you entered.

5. Social Playground

• Be kind. Games, rooms and challenges are for fun and meeting people.
• Respect "no": if someone declines, blocks you or does not reply, leave them alone.
• Never ask younger members for personal details, photos or meetings.
• Use Block and Report whenever something feels wrong - reports are reviewed by our team.

6. Moderation

We may hide or remove content and limit or close accounts that break these rules or the law, and we may cooperate with the authorities when required.

7. Liability

Winky is provided as is. We do our best to keep it available and safe but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for content posted by members or for services of third parties (such as Facebook or Google login).

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Questions: info@winky.ge.
